Superior Outdoor Furniture warrantees its furniture to be free from defects in materials and construction for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, Superior Outdoor Furniture will repair or replace the item with the same item or one of equal value. Minor imperfections including surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal and are not defects. Additional shipping charges may be incurred. This only covers normal use of the product. In the event of manufacturing defects all guarentees --additional shipping charges may apply.
